National Federation
The National Federation of Professional Chefs is the sole official body mandated to represent the African Union of Professional Chefs within the country. It plays a strategic role in organizing and overseeing professionals in the culinary sector, enhancing their skills through continuous training and development, and supervising national competitions as well as selecting national representatives for continental and international events. The federation is also committed to promoting the national culinary heritage, building effective partnerships with relevant institutions, encouraging innovation and sustainable practices, and actively contributing to African initiatives aimed at advancing the profession, standardizing practices, and influencing culinary-related policy at both national and international levels.
